Return and Refund Policy

For Exchanges:

Option 1: The quickest way to replace an item you are returning is to order the new item on our website. Then, send back the items you no longer wish to keep with in 14 days of you receiving the item(s).  You may send your item(s) back to us for exchange by using your own return shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Option 2: You may send your item(s) back to us for exchange by using your own return shipping label. Be sure to include a note indicating what you wish to exchange. When we receive the shipment we will send your new items out. You will be contacted if there is a balance due.

For Returns:

With the exception of personal use items, you may return any non-worn, unused, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.


Refund Terms & Conditions

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Your original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds are usually issued 5 -7 days after the return package is received. We'll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed.


Compression undergarments, protective cups and hats cannot be returned or exchanged. Items being returned must be in new condition and unaltered. If your items do not meet these conditions they will be returned to you at your expense.

When returning shoes, please put the shoes in the manufacturer's box, and then place the manufacturer's box (with the shoes) inside of another shipping container. DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box itself.  Also, all shoes being returned will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Items -  Please contact our Customer Service Department, even if beyond 30 days of purchase, at bluesofficiatingservices@gmail.com  and include pictures of the defect and a brief description of the issue. If the item is deemed defective, we will contact the manufacturer and either issue a replacement or refund (for orders placed within 30 days) back to your original form of payment. If outside the 30 days, an electronic gift card will be issued via email.
